SHIPPING POLICY - DELIVERY & RENTAL RETURNS

 At Re—Pull Library, there are four delivery options:

  1. Pick up the items from our Toronto studio
  2. Local delivery within the City of Toronto
  3. Shipping within Canada via Canada Post
  4. Shipping within Canada via your own delivery service
At this time we do not ship rented products outside of Canada. However, if you're interested in purchasing our items outside of Canada, please email us at info@re-pull.com for a quote, and we will happily ship your items internationally.


1. Pick up the items from our Toronto studio:

  • Pick up from our Toronto studio for free. You can pick up in person, or send your own courier. 

  • Orders will be ready for pick up from 3pm on the business day before your rental period starts. 


2. Delivery within the City of Toronto: 

  • We will deliver locally one way for a flat fee of $22 within the City of Toronto (see map below).

  • Orders will be delivered by the end of the day on the business day before your rental period starts. 
Local returns:
  • Timely returns are the responsibility of the renter. You can drop off your return in-person or send a courier during our business hours. All items rented locally must be sent back to our studio by 3pm at the LATEST on your Return Date. If your Return Date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, then please return the package by 3pm on the following business day. 
  • Rental items not returned to us by the due date will be subject to late fees of $20 per item, for every day that item is late. If the number of late days exceeds 5 days, you will be charged for the full purchase value of all late items, in addition to any fees you've already incurred. 

Local delivery area map:

Our local delivery area is bounded by HWY 427 to the West, Scarborough-Pickering Townline to the East, Steeles Ave to the North, and Lakeshore Blvd W to the South.

3. Shipping via Canada Post:

  • We offer delivery anywhere in Canada via Canada Post.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the final delivery destination. Generally, within Canada:
    Xpresspost: 1-2 business days
    Priority: Next business day

Shipping back to us via Canada Post:

  • To ship your package back to us, please follow the link to print a return label, and enter the Canada Post Return ID# and Return Authorization# found on your packing slip. Then simply drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location by your return date. 
  • Please return your rental items in the same box that they were received in. 
  • Timely returns are the responsibility of the renter. You must ship all your items back to us on the Return Date (verified by the postmark on the package). If your Return Date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, then please ship the package on the following business day. 
  • Rental items that are not shipped back on the due date will be subject to late fees of $20 per item, for every day that item is late. If the number of late days exceeds 5 days, you will be charged for the full purchase value of all late items, in addition to any fees you've already incurred.  


4. Shipping 
within Canada via your own delivery service:

  • You can set up your own delivery service to ship out your items. All items in your order must be shipped on a Priority Next Day service.

  • We will email you the dimensions and weight of your package once it's ready to go, then you can send us a shipping label for your box.

  • Note: If you're ordering a large amount of items, additional packaging fees may apply. We will determine this on a case-by-case basis.

    Shipping back to us with your own delivery service:

  • All rental items must be shipped back on a Priority Next Day service. The tracking number for the return package must be e-mailed to us as soon as it's available. 
  • Timely returns are the responsibility of the renter. You must ship all your items back to us on the Return Date (verified by the postmark on the package). If your Return Date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, then please ship the package on the following business day. 
  • Rental items that are not shipped back on the due date will be subject to late fees of $20 per item, for every day that item is late. If the number of late days exceeds 5 days, you will be charged for the full purchase value of all late items, in addition to any fees you've already incurred.  

Rental Period Dates:

All items in a single order must have the same Rental Start and Return Dates. There are a number of reasons for this including the cost of shipping and deliveries. If you would like to have items shipped on different dates, please make separate orders for each set of rental dates required.

All orders are final, we do not accept rental cancellations or any returns on purchased items.
